Head Start Education Support Coordinator 

Southeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership (SENCA) Head Start is now accepting applications for a Head Start Educational Support Coordinator at the Central Office in Humboldt.  The position will oversee the Health, Mental Health and Disabilities, Supports Classroom Education Services, and Youth Mentoring components of the Head Start program.  This position is full time, 40 hours a week with the possibility of reduced summer hours in June and July.  Primary responsibilities include oversight of specific content area components for the Head Start program including assuring that services provided are consistent with Head Start Performance Standards, State, and Federal regulations.  This position will utilize the program’s data software to maintain accurate records and generate reports. Additional duties will include direct supervision of staff and training responsibilities.  Preferred qualifications include: a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, ability to submit timely accurate reports, and proficient computer skills.  SENCA offers a competitive benefit package. Head Start Cook - Nebraska City

Southeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership Inc. (SENCA) is now accepting applications for a Cook at our Head Start program located in Nebraska City. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and runs ten months out of the year.  Minimum qualifications include: must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be at least 18 years of age. Qualified applicants should be familiar with acceptable food storage, and have the ability to read and perform basic math.  Previous experience working with children or cooking for large groups is highly desirable. SENCA offers a competitive benefit package. Positions will remain open until filled.
