Head Start Teacher Aide/Bus Monitor in Table Rock

SENCA is now accepting applications at our Head Start program located in Table Rock for a Teacher Aide/Bus Monitor.  Primary responsibility will be to assist the teacher in implementing all activities and services for children and their families in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards, as well as overseeing meals.  Minimum qualifications include: must possess a high school diploma or GED, basic computer knowledge, and previous experience working with 3 and 4 year old children highly desirable.  Weatherization Crew Chief

SENCA is now accepting application for Weatherization Crew Chief at the Central Office in Humboldt, NE.  This position is full-time, 40 hours a week. Primary responsibilities include: managing and ensuring quality of health and safety of clients and crew; managing and ensuring effectiveness of measures installed and efficiency of work performed; maintaining accurate inventory; mentoring, training, and supervising of crew members; and maintaining client contact.  Experience or working knowledge of installation of weatherization measures is preferred. Experience successfully managing and supervising workers highly recommended. Minimum qualifications include: minimum age of 19 years; high school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; average computer skills; and excellent communication skills.  SENCA offers a competitive benefit package.
