SENCA CASA Administrative Assistant - Regular, Part-Time

Provide administrative support to the Coordinator and volunteers of the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program. Assist in maintaining case files and volunteer files. Promote awareness of the program and engage in outreach in the communities the program serves.

Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of local community resources, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high degree of organizational and time management with minimal supervision. Proficiency in writing, editing reports, and computer skills are required.

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and random drug and alcohol testing. Position is 8-10 hours per week and hours are flexible. SENCA offers a competitive benefit package.   • Teacher Aide Full Time – Falls City Day Head Start
  • Teacher Aide Part Time – Auburn Head Start
  • Teacher Aide Part Time – Nebraska City Full Day Head Start
  • Bus Driver Full Time – Table Rock Head Start

Interviews may held virtually. Position open until filled.

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and random drug and alcohol testing. Positions are 20 to 40 hours per week and run 9 months out of the year.
