Head Start Teacher Aide - Nebraska City Full Day (Bilingual preferred)

SENCA is now accepting applications for a Teacher Aide at our Full Day Head Start program located in Nebraska City. Primary responsibility will be to assist the teacher in implementing all activities and services for children and their families in accordance with the Head Start Performance Standards. Minimum qualifications include: must possess a high school diploma or GED, basic computer knowledge, previous experience working with 3 and 4 year old children highly desirable. Bilingual preferred. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and random drug & alcohol testing. Position is full time, 40 hours per week and runs 9 months out of the year. Human Resources/Fiscal Coordinator - Humboldt

SENCA is now accepting applications for a Human Resources/Fiscal Coordinator.  This position is responsible for collecting, monitoring, and reporting staff data, administering personnel policies, and administering agency hiring and termination policies and procedures. This position also assists with payroll, accounts payable, preparation of periodic financial reports and provides assistance to the Fiscal Officer. Minimum qualifications include: Education or experience in accounting and/or human resources, excellent interpersonal, communication, public relations, and interviewing skills, and a high degree of organizational and time/people management ability is required. Candidate must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and random drug and alcohol testing. This position is full-time and located in the Central Office in Humboldt. Sub Cook - Pawnee County

SENCA is now accepting applications for the position of a sub Cook at the Community Action Center in Pawnee City.  Minimum qualifications include: familiarity with acceptable food storage, preparation and service practices, ability to read and perform basic math, experience cooking for large groups, have organizational and time management skills, and must be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds. Candidate must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and random drug & alcohol testing. Previous experience working with senior citizens is highly desirable.
