SENCA hosted the 2019 All Staff Meeting on Friday, September 6th. This annual event provides staff with training, an appreciation lunch, and recognition of staff service anniversaries as well as recognizing staff who go above and beyond in serving southeast Nebraska individuals and families.
SENCA staff honored for their years of service include: Gin Christiansen, 5 years; Loretta Pople, 10 years; Kristy Mertes, 15 years; Pam Armknecht, 25 years; and Vicky McNealy, 30 years, totallying 85 years of service to SENCA programs and services from these five individuals!

During the 2019 fiscal year the Rising Stars recognition program was implemented. Rising Stars in an opportunity to nominate a fellow co-worker or group of co-workers who deserve recognition for putting forth extra effort and demonstrating a strong commitment to fulfilling SENCA’s mission of improving lives and building strong communities. Rising Stars are selected each quarter. The four Rising Star’s recognized at the meeting were eligible for the annual Star Performer Award established in 2012 by Executive Director, Vicky McNealy.
